Waar kan ik een klacht indienen?

Wij vinden het erg belangrijk dat al onze klanten tevreden zijn. Neem contact op met onze klantenservice als je een probleem hebt. Wij lossen uw klacht graag op. U kunt uw klacht mailen. Zodra wij de klacht hebben ontvangen, sturen wij u een bevestiging. Vermeld bij uw klacht uw naam, adres en ordernummer (meestal bestaande uit 10 cijfers), zodat wij de klacht zo snel en goed mogelijk kunnen afhandelen.
